A member of the team was at our house within an hour of us messaging them. He cleaned the drains and made some suggestions about how to best manage the issue going forward. In addition he found some deficiencies in the plumbing done by our general contractor during a major kitchen renovation two years ago. They will be back to address them in the near future.
